A crowd favorite for both kids + adults, these spreadable cheese carrots are a perfect started for your Springtime gathering. Heads up, you might wanna make extras!

Instructions

  1. Using a fork, combine all of the ingredients (except the parsley and crackers) in a large bowl until somewhat combined. Then use your hands to get the cheese mixture combined until smooth.
  2. Divide the cheese into 5-6 sections (or however many “carrots” you want to create). Using your hands, form each section into a carrot shape. Use a knife to add details like ridges and gashes.
  3. Arrange the cheese carrots on a platter. Add sprigs of curly parsley into the ends to create carrot tops.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready.
