If summer were an alcoholic beverage — it would be white rum. Lets be serious. And mixing it with coconut? Oh heck yes.

Guava Mama Cocktail

Ingredients

• Ice cubes
• 2 oz coconut rum
• 2 oz guava nectar
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 3 to 4 dashes bitters
• 1 tsp simple syrup
• 2 oz coconut water
• Fresh pineapple wedge (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Fill up a tumbler or mixing glass with ice, about 3/4 full. Add rum, guava nectar, lemon juice, bitters and simple syrup; stir for a couple minutes until the glass is chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add ice and top it off with coconut water. Garnish with pineapple.
