Homemade Taco Seasoning

I absolutely love having homemade seasoning blends on hand. I think they always taste so much better than packets or preblends - plus its really cool knowing exactly whats in your seasoning blends. This taco one is fantastic on these crockpot chicken tacos.

note— 2 tbsp of this seasoning equals 1 packet of taco seasoning.

Homemade Taco Seasoning

Yield: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp chili powder
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.
